HAWTHORN COTTAGE AND HOLLY COTTAGE are semi-detached and on two storeys, having been converted from the farmhouse itself. Each is completely self-contained. Hawthorn has a large kitchen / dining room overlooking the farmyard and with glimpses of the sea beyond. This cottage also has a deep-freeze and dishwasher. A living room at the rear has fully glazed double doors into the south-facing sunroom, which in turn gives access on to the terrace and garden. A staircase from the dining/kitchen reaches two double bedrooms (both with two single beds) and the bathroom with WC, bath and seperate shower. Access to a third double bedroom which has a double bed is gained through the living room. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a wash hand basin and a WC. Holly Cottage has a downstairs bathroom with WC, bath and seperate shower, a living/dining room with kitchen area on the ground floor. Sliding glass doors give access from the living space to the south-facing sunroom and so to the terrace and garden. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with twin beds and the third with a bunk beds.
