IVY COTTAGE AND FERN COTTAGES are two-storeyed, with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. One bedroom has bunk beds and the other a 4'6" wide double bed. The large living room of Ivy has double doors opening into a sunroom / dining room and a kitchen recess completely equipped with a freezer, and fittings as described. A wide window in the living room of Ivy cottage has a glimpse of St. Brides Bay. Fern has the same accommodation but faces east-west.
