PINE COTTAGE, being converted from a longer barn than Bay, Willow, Rowan and Briar, has an L-shaped sitting room with a kitchen with dishwasher, washer-dryer. Steep open-riser stairs give access to a galleried bedroom (two 3'0" beds with limited headroom). The kitchen has fully glazed double doors into the sunroom which in turn has double doors giving on to the terrace and garden. There are cupboards for storage and a bathroom with WC off the entrance hall. The main bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms have two single beds each.
